It was a home-alone Sunday afternoon, gotta settle my own lunch, was too lazy to go out so decided to cook a simple meal for myself. I went in search of ingredients from the refridgerator and food cabinet. Finally, settled for noodles with lotsa vegetables, not in the mood for meat :P Have not cooked the noodles that Lee Shan got from HK for quite some time so decided on cooking that, I had chosen carrot-flavoured noodles :P Poached the xiao bai cai and the carrots before cooking the noodles. Mixed soya sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sesame paste and chilli padi soaked in soya sauce together. The cooked noodles was drained dry, washed in cold water for a few seconds before they were being mixed with the mixture of sauces. Well, simple but lunch was certainly enjoyable :)
