Braised pork belly II


Learning cannot take place in isolation. I could not possibly be just experimenting on my own in the kitchen all the time. I shared with Mummy what my very good friend told me about braised pork belly and Mummy dearest went to buy all the ingredients again and this time Mummy dearest cooked a big pot of braised pork belly. Tau kwa and beancurd skin were all added in! :) Mummy's braised belly is indeed more tender than mine but I was more interested in the beany stuff in that pot :P Thanks my very good friend for the ideas and thanks Mummy dearest for the time and effort to cook for us :)
