Were you ever thrilled by the sight of vegetables? Would you believe that vegetables have their ways of bringing delight and joy? Frankly speaking, I do not know how I can continue living without the 'greens'. Once in a while, Derrick would invite us over for homecooked dinner and that Sunday, it happened to be the first day of the month (according to the Chinese calendar, I think). He's a vegetarian that day so he prepared a vegetarian meal for us. Thanks to Derrick, it was a wonderful veggie meal! So glad it's Veggie Day!
