Bee hoon


It seemed like it has been quite some time since I last cooked bee hoon. Always good to add cabbage coz it adds sweetness, well, got that in the refrigerator. Chinese mushroom...yup, got that too! Yippee, some green and red capsicum to add colours...got that in the refrigerator too. Took some of the fishcake which Mummy has bought from the wet market. I thought little strips of egg would complete the dish. Oh yes, not to forget some chili padi. Had a satisfying dinner of bee hoon with a cup of ginger tea :)
